Howard S. Helfman, M.D., FACC, FSCAI

Cardiologist, Diagnostic Invasive
Dr. Helfman is a board certified invasive cardiologist who trained at the New York University School of Medicine, graduating in 1980. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Hospital. He completed his fellowship in clinical cardiology also at the University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Hospital. He is board certified with the American Board of Cardiovascular Disease and the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Helfman has been practicing in Stuart, Fla., since 1986. He has a special interest in women's cardiovascular health and ischemic heart disease.

L. Burton Heron, M.D., FACC

Cardiologist, Diagnostic Invasive
Dr. Burton Heron is a board certified invasive cardiologist who trained at Howard University College of Medicine graduating in 1995. He has been practicing in Stuart, Fla., since 2001. His interests include managing congestive heart failure, valvular disease, coronary artery disease and arrhythmias.

Sattar Gojraty, M.D., RPVI

Cardiologist, Non-Invasive
Dr. Gojraty is a board certified non-invasive cardiologist. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School Medicine in 2008. He completed his residency at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania in Internal Medicine and his cardiology fellowship at the New York Presbyterian Hospital / Weill Cornell Medical College.

Kunal Chaudhry, M.D., FACC, FSCAI

Interventional Cardiologist
Dr. Chaudhry is a board certified cardiologist who graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2007. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia and his General Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology fellowship training at Cooper University Hospital. He also carries additional board certification in Adult Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology. His interests include managing coronary artery disease, peripheral artery disease and structural heart and valve disease.

Kari Clark, D.O., FACC

Interventional Cardiologist
Dr. Clark is a board certified cardiologist who graduated from University of North Texas Health Science in 2010. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and her General Cardiology Fellowship at NOVA South Eastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She completed her Interventional Cardiology fellowship training at Mercy Medical Center of North Iowa in 2017.

Kimberly M. McMath

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, non-invasive
Kimberly McMath is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who trained at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health, graduating in 2019 with High Honors. Her interests are in cardiovascular assessments, cardiovascular diseases, laboratory work ups, radiology, diagnostic testing and health education.

Veronica D’Andria, DNP, APRN, AG-ACNP-BC, FNP-BC, PCCN-CMC

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
Veronica “Roni” is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She trained at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health, Cardiac Catherization / Interventional Radiology Department. She graduated in Cardiovascular Subspecialty from the University of South Alabama College of Nursing.

Dr. Italo C. Novoa Reyes, M.D.

Cardiologist, Cardiac Electrophysiologist
Dr. Novoa is a board certified cardiologist graduating in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology from the Miller School of Medicine University of Miami where he completed his fellowship and residency. He is an elected member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and was also just included as a Marquis Who’s Who in American biographical listee.
